GOT READY
The beginning of the Chris' and Abby's day started in two different places. Abby got ready at her childhood best friend's house and it was so cute and so beautiful! There was mimosas, silk, and smiles all morning mixed with the most superior Trader Joe's snacks and treats. This day was extra special to me because I went to college with Abby and her sister Morgan! We used to dance together for a showcase each semester and had the best memories. It was a student-led organization called Dance Guild, where students would conduct their own auditions, choreograph their own dances, coordinate their own costumes, then perform! It was amazing. So we talked about that a bit in the morning, reflected on the memories, and the fact that Abby was turning into a bride within the next few hours. After getting ready, we headed to a local park for wedding party photos!

We went to a local park, had a first look, knocked out the wedding party photos, then left to get Chris and Abby married! The greens were so perfect and perfect back drops. These girls looked gorgeous in their greens. :,)
GOT Married at terra square
The venue had the best natural light and I was so excited to shoot in this space. The drop behind Chris and Abby during the ceremony was lovely then we took family photos there too!

You already know we were all ready to celebrate!! My second and I got the details for the reception, the first dance, then the everyone dance moments. It was an incredible time!!
got to dance and podcast (!!)
The Wedding Podcast was hands down my favorite part about the day. It was unique and sentimental BECAUSEEEEE Abby, Chris, and friends would make a podcast during med school to keep their families up to date. THEN Chris proposed on the podcast, THEN they had the podcast their wedding. There was a whole setup which was a surprise for everyone. They had prompts, directions, and there was someone at the table all night. People loved it and so did I! I was able to leave some sweet words and talk with my college friends about how Chris and Abby have changed each others lives and how being friends with Morgan and Abby has changed mine.

I'll cherish this day forever. Weddings are my favorite because I think the covenant between two people is so powerful. It's literally to celebrate love. Invite all the people, drink, eat, be merry, and be a witness. I will always be so honored to be the photographer on these days. Here's the vendor list!!
